my lumia 925 suddenly not respond even with full bettary and good touch screen

after half an hour it worked but was too slow , i think t need antivirus and want to know how to download a good antivirus??/

No antivirus needed on any Windows phone.

My 925 has done this on occasion.
Did your phone get warm before this happened?
