my lumia 950xl mobile signal keeps on fluctuating

When mobile signal is very good,there will not be any problem and if mobile signal is week say 30%,it goes to 0 and hang.other phones still work at that signal intensity.

could it be an issue with your SIM card? You could replace it. The other thing you can try is to force it back on by toggling on and off flight mode
