I am facing a curious problem with my Microsoft Lumia 950XL Windows 10 device.
My OS is Windows 10 Mobile with Build 10.0.14393.321.
Firmware Revision No. is 01078.00053.16236.35013
Hardware Revision No. is 4.0.3.1
Whenever I am on a call and trying to Add Call for Call Conferencing, the screen goes blank when my finger nears the screen.
Same thing also happens when I am trying to press keys in response to Interactive Voice Response Systems during a call.
This stops me providing any inputs to the IVR System as well as adding any other party to the conference call.
Is there a fix already available for this?
