My microsoft 10 will not store browsing history, why?

I installed 10 in September and the browsing history worked, Now I have no browsing history. Example today I went Nikon to save a manual for a camera It saved but the website not saved to history.
Yesterday I checked to see if there were any updates to fix the problem. It completely up dated 10 but did not fix the problem with browsing history.

I have the same problem, but it comes to go. Try navigating to the History pane and just let it sit without touching anything.
