If it was damaged in an accident I doubt a warranty claim will be feasible. Depends on the damage - if it's physical you can't say it's a manufacturing fault. Companies don't have to fix your mistakes or accidents. That said, no harm in calling up. They might effect a repair, you'll just have to pay for it. You say the "while mobile is damaged". I don't know what that means but, as a lawyer, that indicates a manufacturers warranty is not going to fix it. Try your insurance, or home insurance. Failing that, new mobile. Unfortunate luck, hope you sort it out.
