my nokia lumia 520 fell down and refuse to respond. the hard drive refuses to respond . nokia is showing but after that the phone will be off. what shalll i do

Take it to Radio Shack and see if they can repair it. They've got a new service I keep hearing about on the radio. :winktongue:

You can always try to take the battery out and re-seat it, maybe it was jarred loose in the fall?
