My Nokia Lumia 521 turned off and won't turn back on. How can I get it working again?

Nokia Lumia 521 turned off and won't turn back on.

My Nokia Lumia 521 turned off two days ago and won't turn on. When I plug it into the wall it gives me the charging icon but won't actually charge. Any help?

Will you try plugging out the charger then plugging back in the end that's connected to the phone?

If that don't work take out the battery for a minute replace battery and plug in the charger.

You could plug the phone into a usb slot on your pc and see does it turn on with the usual vibrate and start (if this happens it could be your charger is,broken)

Plug it into the charger and when the charging icon come on the screen... Hold Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots. About ten seconds...
