My Nokia Lumia 620 contact tile is gone, how can I get it back?

nokia lumia 620 contact tile is gone

my contact list is gone ! if i try to hit my people tile to add contacts back in I get nothing but gmail or hotmail or msn choice NO " contact" choice

Open the people hub and click on 'showing' in the accent color

Facebook will no longer be showing, only outlook and Skype or any other
