My Nokia Lumia 630 is not connecting my home wi fi

I am using Nokia Lumia 630 since last one Year but since yesterday i am experiencing a problem with the Wi-Fi Connection. When I reached home from office my phone did not connect to my home Wi-Fi. It is showing available on my device and I tried several times to switch off and then on the W-Fi of my Lumia Device but it did not connection.I tried to restart assuming it will work but it failed. Can anyone help me why this is so.
