My Nokia Lumia 920 froze up on me

Ugh. Just got this phone last month and today it frozen up on me.

Sorry to hear that. Were you using any particular app when it happened? My 810 always froze up on me whenever I played Words with Friends.

Its reasonable to have a hiccup every now and then in some form in any phone.

Mine has once frozen too, while using the camera. Just let it dry out the battery and then plug it in the charger.

Yup do the soft reset. Freezes happen rarely, once on my 920 and I think two times on the 900.

I've had my Lumia 920 for about a year and a half, and haven't had to deal with a frozen screen until today. Thanks for soft reboot easy instruct it worked, but it took maybe 15 or 20 seconds of holding down the power and volume down buttons for it to cycle. Must've been about twice as stuck as normal :wink:
