My Nokia Lumia 920 got freezed and still has the lights on

I can't even turn it off, or block it, so what could I do?

press and hold power + volume down until the phone restarts.

Probably is little more than a once-in-a-while crash, so your phones probably OK.
Now if it happens frequently...

The Soft Reset worked... you have hold it for some time and the phn restarts, but the time and date goes back. Thanx dude
