My NokiaLumia1320- display screen gets blured after receiving a call
Sir, I am using a Nokia Lumia 1320 phone, Type RM-994 manafacture Name RM-994-IM-INDIA-906. While i receive a call and talk for minutes, AND when the call ends, OR when i want to close the call , the phone will be in black screen and no option for 'END CALL' is seen . Formerly this was available. And now on pressing the switch on button to awake the phone, the lock screen appears and the photo i had chosen in the lock screen is seen in various colors, blured. Then again while I press the on off switch the screen goes black as earlier( it is normal i think). Then while i again awake my phone the lock screen appears with out any problem. Yesterday the screen was seen as waving with colors for some time after attending a call and on off switch didn't work. Sir kindly help me.
