My CPU, Memory, and disk is compatibile, but it says my display is not compatibile! What to do?

My PC:
Motherboard: ASUS B85M-G
CPU: i5-4460
Ram: 8gb kingston hyperX 1333Mhz
HDD: 1TB Toshiba
Videocard: Sapphire Radeon r9 280 (3GB vram)

try changing the default screen resolution - see if that works. Set it to the fullest or recommended settings

I have a Dell monitor, the max resolution is 1280x1024 and Windows is recommend this resolution, I tried with another monitor (LG) and i set the resolution to 1920x1080 and it didn't worked. And I have the latest video card drivers.

I don't understand microsoft's logic... I tried to update my old pc and it is working with it.
My old pc's specs:
CPU: Pentium 4
Ram: 2 GB (ddr2 or 3)
video card: nvidia geforce 210 (512MB vram)

Microsoft plz

I successfully updated! I tried with Update Assistant and that give me the error, then I tried with media creation tool and it worked without a problem.

Update to the latest vid drivers. The media creation tool, unlike the other methods, will nuke drivers it doesn't like and install the ones MS has on file. Not usually great for vid cards. Get the latest Catalyst drivers from AMD.
