My pc making sounds every 5 sec.

It's the same sound as when i connect a cable usb.. I tried look at forums and google, the only thing i can find i how to turn off the sound, but i kinda want to find out why it does this.. The sound has increased over the last weeks..

Anyone know how to deal with this problem..?

, could be a microsd or sd card, or perhaps a mouse or keyboard (maybe the cable somewhat loosely plugged in the usb port of the pc?).

To (possibly) solve it: clean the respective usb cable and/or port (carefully remove any dirt in the connectors/ports) or use an other port of the pc.

If it is the USB connection sound, what do you have connected to your PC? Disconnect everything and reboot and see if the sound still happens.
