My phone dropped, won't load almost everything, how can I fix this?

phone dropped, wont load almost everything

Some cat push my phone from table, and the phone had power shortage.

When I open my phone, it doesn't display everything, except for lockscreen, top icon bar, action center and notification center. The notification center have two notification, but asp name displayed as app ID, eg: {ABCDEF13863-245....}
Phone call works but other doesn't.

EDIT: my phone can accept call in, but others doesn't do well

I kept soft reset it, it doesn't work.

My phone is Lumia 520 from Malaysia.

I fear the OS got corrupted during the power shortage.
I would recommend a hard reset because a soft reset does not work.
Be sure to back up whatever you still can back up before you do the hard reset.

This happened before, and I was able to fix without data loss, by soft reset for few times.

But now, that damn cat corrupted all my data, will Nokia store help me to recover my phone?
