My phone is not saving my wifi password after WP8.1

It is weird but my phone is not saving the wifi password. it is lost if it is restarted (turning off).

Having the same issue, same phone. Haven't seen a fix yet.

Edit: Just playing around with it, turn on "Connect to WiFi hotspots" In Wi-Fi Sense. Dont need to have it accept terms of use, but it needs to be able to connect to save the pw, apparently.
