i am using lumia 530. it seems that there is low storage on my phone. but now i have received many others problems.like i cannt open music,gallery. my camera is not working also.i tried to clean up some space.but i cannt even access to it

Use a pc if you can to remove content

Failing that you may need to hard reset.

dumb question but have you restarted the phone? that may help, albeit temporarily.
