My phone is stuck in spinning cogs after downloading windows 10 mobile

My phone is a Lumia 535 dual sim.....please help

Soft Resest. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about ten seconds).

This will restart the flash. Also plug into the wall charger.
