My phone start up with blue color and it shows sad face only?

My phone start up with blue colour and it shows sad face only.

when i swith on it start with blue colour together with the sad face also it start up and then it switched off

i cant help you because you are unable to explain your problems. your description is very confusing and makes no sense.

Your phone ran into a problem, you need to use Windows Recovery Tool and reset your phone back to factory. Sadly, this does get rid of all data you had on your phone, so hopefully you have a recent back up.
