My phone was stolen. I did not set up a Microsoft account on it. Can I still wipe it?

I bought a Nokia Lumia 620 Windows phone. I did not set up a Microsoft account on it. It has been stolen. Is it still possible for me to wipe the phone?

I would very much doubt it. Report the phones IMEI number as stolen to your mobile provider so it can at least be blocked.
