My Phone whacks out occasionally

occasionally trying to lauch apps my phone will just which out, cortana and other apps start launching and minimizing, and the phone will go unresponsive, anyone else have this problem, I'm running the latest dev preview

Sounds like a touchscreen issue. Mine did stuff like this when I had broken the glass. Is your screen in good shape?

no my glass is in good shape, I did a hard reset and restore and it seems to have fixed the issue, just bummed I have to do this, never had this issue with my iphone, it's probably like my PC vs my Macs, never had to restore my Mac, constantly restoring windows for issues
