My screen went dark

My phone fell flat on the floor and now the screen is a bit darker. The phone works fine. Certain content can't be seen.

What do I do? :/

the digitizer must have been damaged which has affected the display. You can take this to Microsoft authorized servic center or can keep using it unless you really feel the need as the touch seems to be working fine
