My Surface 4 type cover gives " and ? instead of @ and #

Hi Everyone,

I just brought a Surface pro 4 with its compatible type cover but when I try to log into my email, I noted the problem given in the title all other key works perfectly fine. Does anyone know what causes the problem? Is it a update problem or should I take my type cover back and ask them to swap it for me?

It's to do with language - check in your settings for region and language. You might be having English UK installed and set as default fr keyboard instead of American English keyboard
