My windows 10 got big problem!!!

Hi, this is my first time asking question on here.. my windows 10 just got a big problem after i installed my 2010 Office. After that i keep the pc running for upload some video to facebook.. then this morning i check my pc wanted to shut down but cannot press the start icon.. i shut down pc using the button.. then i open pc again all my software icon was disappear under the screen.. just remain the windows start icon, search icon, task view, show hidden icons and notification icon only... and the start button and all icons still not working.. WHAT HAPPEN?!?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!

Did u install the official 2010 Office package ??
