My windows phone 8.1 doesnt have Cortana on it

Did anyone find a solution for this, i live in Belgium, and no matter what i do or change in region, language, and keyboard settings, cortana never show's up, only the "regular" voice commands. it also does not show up in app-list or app settings (swipe to left in settings). It drives me crazy, i wantz Cortana to tell me bed-site story's

Mine neither.
Language is on US English
Keyboard has US English/Italian/simplified qwerty chinese
System on US english
Region Taiwan

Cortana has disappeared. I realized just now because i heard others claiming they had similar issues and noticed it is not there. It won't be missed anyways. I just want my keyboard inputs in place.....apparently Microsoft is a bit late on that (not much, just 4 years late).

I can see your problem straight off, the region is set to Taiwan and that needs to be set to US in order to get the Beta version of Cortana.
