My windows store is not working, RESTORING REQUIRED!

shows how my VAIO is performing, and now the store is broken and a restore is the only solution!!!
I want to know if this is a common problem, or it's rare, because my VAIO acts as a ***** since its first
day

Not common at all. I have two laptops, one is an HP and the other a Lenovo. I never had this issue with neither one.
