My zte pro max has black screen issue. It vibrates and makes noise. Charging light pulsates but there is no red light. How to fix.

The Max Pro is an Android phone if that's what you have.
Even though there are Android users here you would do well to ask about this over at Android Central.

This sounds like a serious hardware failure or perhaps a battery charge problem.
