From the looks of it I would say Cortana as well. Early reports were she would be represented by an animated circle and reflect emotions. Sounds sort of like the old Clippy but I'm sure she will be better.

not mix radio. I just tried the different tile sizes and nothing matches that image. Was thinking cortana but didn't think that was "pinnable".
