Naked 920 club

only a little matte screen protector nothing else.
i'm a bit sad that the shiny metal on the back camera plate is scratched. :\ like the lense part is still shiny but the metal with the "carl zeiss" is scratched at both rounded ends.

Somehow melted a bit of the bottom right corner. Probably was placed too close the flat iron.

Been naked since the day it was born. Kept my 900 naked as well, which was dropped several times. Worst that ever happened to the 900 was some scratching on the metal plate surrounding the camera on back... they seem to have something stronger on the 920 because there are no scratches so far.

Honestly I don't get why people bumper their phones. It's like putting plastic on your sofa or your rug - if you never enjoy it, why'd you buy it? The iPhone looks really nice out of the box, but I have NEVER seen one in public: all I see are ugly cases. My friends tell me "man your phone is huge!" then they set their iPhone next to it, and with the bumpers it's thicker and wider than my "huge" phone.

LOL.

Someone said to me today, "holy crap, is that a tablet in your hand" as a joke. Then he pulled out his iPhone with an Otterbox case over it.

My black 920 is naked too. No scratches or any damages but then again, I'm very careful with my phones. Haven't dropped it yet and I never put anything else in the same pocket im carrying the phone in. Also, I've been suprised at how resistant the matte black is against fingerprints and finger sweat. I would have thought the matte would attract fingerprints and sweat much easier but guess not.

Naked, but when I'm going to do my civil duty in the military service starting 7th of January, I'm going to get a screen protector and a case. And maybe a bag/pouch on top of all of that. Just to be sure.

There are some nice skin or shell cases out there for the Lumia 920 that adds some level of protection to the phone without adding much bulk.

Still... I have to agree that it's tough to beat a caseless or "naked" Lumia phone. And I don't know how much of a risk it is. Between the polycarbonate case and gorilla glass, the Lumia 920 is rather durable on it's own.
