navigation bar in Lumia 730

You can set the color of the navigation bar in accordance with your accent color.

To adjust this go to Settings > Personalization > Colors > Apply color to navigation bar.

I'm guessing that's what you're seeing.
Yes I know that but I didn't apply any navigation colour

The 730 has an AMOLED display, which makes black and other colors look deeper. As a result, they designed it to make the navigation bar go grey fast so that the buttons don't burn into the display permanently (i.e. your screen is off but you still see the shadows of the buttons). Basically they designed this way to better support the kind of display the 730 has.
