Need CAB File for GPS on XV6800!

I read through a thread on XDA. According to them, the stock 6.1 ROM I downloaded from Verizon is good enough to enable my GPS chip. My understanding is that I need to download a CAB file and that should do the trick. I can't get that CAB file! Does anyone have it and is willing to share? I feel so close to getting my GPS unlocked, yet so far! : (
