Need HELP, my phone's broken

I accidently dropped my 925 on the ground, here is what it looks like :

It's a T-mobile lumia 925

1. I searched some back panel replacement on ebay, but most of them doesn't have the broken glass you can see in the image.. there's just a hole where the camera's located

2. Is there any cases that have a piece of glass on it to protect the cameara? if yes, i could just simply put a case on, but i couldn't find any cases with that feature...

3. The camera works fine... I don't really care how the phone looks, im only concerned about the dust that's gonna build up on the lens without that piece of glass.. what i did was putting a tape on it until i solve the problem...

I'd try T-Mobile as well...

It's a non removable cover so you will need a repair tech if you aren't going to disassemble it yourself. Cases won't cover that area as they leave it open for the camera lens to do its thing.
