Need Help To Find Internet Sharing Option

I have purchased nokia lumia 520 a month ago and m still unable to find the internet sharing option in Settings. Because of this i am unable to connect to internet to my pc.

Is there is any ways to get the Internet Sharing option or i have to send my phone to service centre? Pls guys help

i dont know about the firmware and i m using Airtel(india) sim

some states in india airtel blocks internet sharing. so bro.
