Need help updating lumia 920

My Lumia 920 can't connect to the internet making it impossible for me to update it from the phone, but my pc can connect. Is there a way to update my phone from my computer??? help would be greatly appreciated!

WiFi or data are listed as the only ways to update on the windows phone site.

You can download Nokia care suite and use that to update your phone. There is a link to Nokia care suite in the following post. Ignore the link to Navifirm though because Nokia shut the servers to the general public.

You can use the multi software updater to update your phone with the latest available firmware.
