Need help windows 8!

Why can I run Windows 8?!
It is stuck at the Windows 8 logo after the first boot every single time!

Here are my specs...

Clean install or upgrade? Like berty said, your numbers look good. I've seen lower run fine.

Upgrade, should I only keep personal files or start over?

Im not positive cause idk how these upgrades work. I mean previously did you have a legit version of windows running?

When it's on the windows screen, is that all there is, or is there dots in a circle? Plus is the hard drive light on your computer doing anything, like there is disk activity?

@Berty Yes, I never hacked anything into a pc I always paid for what is inside it

There is only the microsoft logo and the fans in my tower get crazy.
But my PC starts in safe mode, could it be the issue?

exactly the same, it's a legit one... I really don't get it... (I live in quebec) it was available a 10 pm so I was able to try twice and it didn't work

How did you get from safe mode to normal operating system?

Through Start > Run > MSCONFIG

Did u download RTM it normal...in ur spec sheet it says AMD...
