Need help with Win10 Mobile Issues

Phone: Lumia Icon on VZW
OS Version: 10.0.14393.82
Firmware: 02540.00019.15024.38022

Issues:
- Outlook Mail will not let me send an email. I select "+" to start a new email and it does nothing. This is a MS email account (live.com)
- I have two Wallet apps. One is labeled Microsoft Wallet. It is grayed out and says Pending as if it is still installing. The other is labeled Wallet and when opened, it is the old version of the Wallet. It does not allow for Tap to Pay.
- Camera is still the old version without panoramic.

Anyone else having these issues? I would love to be able to use my email, tap to pay and get the most up to date camera. I believe I am on the latest OS. Am I missing anything?

It sounds like your phone doesn't have the latest apps installed. Perhaps check the store for download errors and reboot? Try totally uninstalling and reinstalling problem apps.

My experience is that app/store issues generally fix themselves with time.

Sadly Lumia Icon will not be capable of tapping to pay with Microsoft Wallet. Supported Lumia Phones for HCE:
