Need help

I have the full version app of our beloved windows phone central. (i had paid for it.) The thing is, since two weeks, whenever I post a comment, it shows, "bad authentication, cannot post your comment, try logging in."
Can anyone tell me what should i do?
I tried logging in, it doesn't work.

Well,I use both.
