Need to Resolve Issues For WP 8.1 Developer Preview.. Help!

I have Installed WP 8.1 Developer Preview and i have been facing few issues past two days, can someone help how to resolve them.:devil::devil:

The Issues are :

1. Phone Automatically turns off every 12 hours and the Date and Time are automatically Changed.
2. Whatsapp- Doesn't Work Properly, the alignment of message's is scrambled.
3.Data Sense- is Dead, it's showing data usage wrong as it is increasing the data available instead of data used.
4.Call Log- doesn't work properly, it manages the log by its wish, not by time called.
5.Internet Explorer- Doesn't Respond properly while searching for a website.
6.Music, Games and Store Apps aren't working everytime i open them.

are these problems with all the user's ?

Never seen that thing to happen to any one who has upgraded to 8.1.. Try hard resetting your phone

Any chance that you have an out of region device? If so, check to make sure the update didn't change your region back to its home region. If it did, change it to your current location and reboot...

Hard reset，the only effective way to resolve your phone，doesnt take forever

Location is Correct and still even Video Crashes everytimei open it

I don't see any problems on your list with my 925.

The hard reset isn't bad at all I just did it.
If you back up first all the important stuff comes back after the reset.
Just a matter of signing into the MS account again and waiting while it all returns to normal.
One thing that doesn't come back are any start screen customizations previously done.

Account settings backup and hard resets aren't so scary with 8.1

I had to hard reset my 925 and it backed up my start screen. The tiles were dimmed out as the apps were downloaded, after they were installed they would turn to normal.

Microsoft will supposedly update Windows Phone 8.1 Preview to fix 80188309 error | Windows Phone Central

the error i have been getting and microsoft has something to say about that
