NETFLIX error when playing video

Usually I do not use my phone to watch Netflix, but 2 days ago I tried and it gave me error (see attachment). Phone is L830-RM985 (unlocked). Grabbed my old L820 W8.1 CYAN and it had no problems to play Netflix movie. I made sure that Netflix version is the same. Grabbed L640 8.1 DENIM - no problem. I deleted and reinstall Netflix on L830 several times but error would not go away. Any suggestions?

L830 had Netflix issues... I think I had to get the very latest firmware on AT&T to make it play Netflix. For a long time it did not work like this. Use the Device Recovery Tool and check you really have the latest 830 firmware.
