Network issue in lumia 640XL Dual sim?

Hi
Iam experiencing network losses in my Lumia 640Xl dual sim. Eventhough the network is showing full range, still I cant make or get any calls. Is this any problem with Phone radio ? When i try to end any call during this time it just get stuck at screen showing ending. It is happening on a daily basis and I need to restart my phone to make it normal.
Can any one please help me out with this..?

Hi, I was also facing the same problem. I set 2G as highest connection speed permanently and enable 3G only when required. Thereafter the problem did not reoccur. Settings > network+wireless > mobile+sim > Highest connection speed

Hmm I should try that. I am having connection problems with facebook messenger "Waiting for network" issue.
What will be the difference between 2g and 3g for every day use (chat, email checking)?
