Network Issue: Wash, Rinse, Repeat

I constantly lose my network computers in Windows 10 Explorer. If I reboot whether Network Reset or Restart, the SMB 1.0/CIFS Client SMB 1.0/CIFS Server is unchecked and I need to RE-check the boxes to see my other network PC's. I have Windows 10 Pro 22H2. Does anyone know how to make a regsitry entry so SMB 1.0/CIFS Client SMB 1.0/CIFS Server is always on and does not require enabling after each reboot?
