network signal strength issue

hi,

iam also using lumia 720 since more than 1 year, iam also facing same problem with network signals, i have changed the options like 2g/3g in mobile+sim settings but useless, then i changed my sim card (other network), even same problem, then i changed the mobile im getting gud signal strength with other than lumia phones. i dont understand why it happens, callers cant hear my voice when im talking in the phone, bcz of the lumia phone, voice and singnal issue is solved when im using other than lumia phone.can anybody help..

You may want to check the cellular connectivity specifications of your phone in the official specifications page. Take note of the frequency bands compatible with your phone and then check the operating frequency bands of your mobile service providers. If they are not compatible, then your phone would definitely have trouble receiving signals.

hi, thank u for your suggestion and i have checked with network providers, frequencies are good, and i have changed the sim cards and checked , other than lumia iam getting very good quality of signals and voice clarity, tel me any other clarification, and also i have checked with my other friends who are all using lumia phones they are also having this kind of problem, plz help out my problem

Do your friends use the same Lumia phone model (720)?
