New computer with windows 10. Can it roll back to 8.1?

Windows Central Question

The software is sage 50 complete accounting 2014 it will not work on 10

No. On the other hand, your accounting software should work just fine. The developer just hasn't gotten around to testing their product on W10 yet, so it's not officially supported.
