New Countries for WP8.1? Or just W10M?

Hello guys.

I have a problem. My 720 won't get W10M. Ok! I got it!
Here in Brazil, MS is testing Cortana through RedStone builds and we know that some countries (USA, UK...) have Cortana in WP8.1.

Someone knows if Cortana will come to WP8.1 when she gets released in other countries?

It's official , Lumia x2x series including your 720 ( except 1520 ) won't get OTA Windows 10 Mobile .
There are still ways to get it via Windows Insider but the risk is your and Microsoft will eventually close the gate .
For Cortana avaibility , you can try setting your region to United State to get Cortana if Brazil is unsupported .

I think I wasn't clear enough...

I know that my 720 won't get W10M officially.
Cortana is supported here in Brazil trough Insider in RedStone builds.
After Insider, MS will release Cortana to non-Insiders.

Cortana will be available just to W10M users or to WP8.1 users too?
