New display update

Hey guys, the display setting had been updated.. Maybe it would solve the purple tint? I don't have it since its only at low brightness and I'm usually on medium so just wanted to give you guys a heads up to check it out

The purple tint has been resolved in the 2nd Cyan update (the Cyan update that comes with folders).

I'm sorry I thought this was a Lumia 930 thread.
No, the Lumia 930 had 2 Cyans (1 shipped, 1 with folders).

930 shipped with Cyan, the developer's preview of WP 8.1.1 has the folders. Those will officially come with the Denim release.

That is the software with folders, bundled with a firmware update (which is still Cyan).

I think Travis is correct since I saw some people with NEWER firmware revision than the one I have now.. I think there is a newer revision to cyan (I have the older one and I know people from the forum here that have newer versions..)

Yes Travis is correct.
The latest official 8.1.1 update (which is still Cyan and not DP) fixed purple tint and blacks for me.

He was correct, I got the newest firmware now, but only after turning off preview for developers..
