New Fitbit Universal Windows 10 app

Is anybody else having problems with this app installing properly? I installed it on my laptop and it works beautifully and really love it. However, in my desktop PC it has been impossible to get it to install right. It shows that it's installed but it just won't open. I've lost count of how many uninstalls and reinstalls I've done! Ran disk clean up, cleared the store's cache and signed in and outta it and nothing works! Just don't get it! Fitbit support isn't much help. Their response was that the app wasn't available for Windows 10 PC? I told them they don't know what they're talking about since I already have it up and running on my laptop and that it is the same OS. Any ideas?
