new L1520 but oddly with DP , what should I do ??

I finally got my L1520 and I thought that it was on cyan because all wp8.1 features were there , but when I opened info + extras it said Lumia Black , does that mean that me device is on developer preview ? and when I try to write anything like type a website in IE the mob restarts itself , should I use Nokia Recovery Tool ?? thanks in advance

Make sure extras+info is up to date using SysApp Pusher.

but its probably on the DP, you can use the tool if you decide to nuke it and go to normal cyan.

perform a SOFT Reset, first - then check Xtras & Info

NO Success = perform a HARD Reset (which I'd be doing anyway with a pre-owned phone !)
