I just got a new Lumia 610 as a gift and im loving windows phone 7.5 (previous android/ios user)
I still need to switch to a micro SIM card, so i currently have no SIM in and im just using it with my home wifi. My problem is that i cannot connect/link any of my accounts to the phone except for xbox live.
Google, Facebook, Hotmail (for windows live id) all refuse to connect. after i input the email/password, itll having the signing in/...and your signed in! message up at the very top and then i will get a "oops! We're having a problem that we can't solve at the moment. Try again later." message or it says that i currently do not have a connection (although i am connected and have verified on the IE browser/xbloxlive/marketplace/etc)
I have already updated to the latest version 7.10 (8337) so i am really frustrated at what the problem could be. Is this due to not having a SIM in place?
Edit: Also, i want to add that i was able to sign into my Yahoo! mail account, but when i try to sync my messages it gives me an error code 800C0000 and fails to sync anything
