New Lumia 950 Win10 phone does not provide notifications in the email acct tile. Why?

All notifications are checked, and if I receive 2 emails in each account, the only tile to show me new emails have arrived is the Outlook Mail tile. If I remove the Outlook Mail tile, no Notifications are provided in the account Tile nor on the Lock Screen. If I want any kind of notifications, I must Pin my Outlook Mail tile, so I can then be Notified of say 9 new emails, but guess what I have to open each of my 3 email account Tiles before I figure out that it was my personal email that has 9 new emails. But if I have 3 new emails in each account, guess what same thing I get 9 on the Outlook Mail tile and none on the individual account tile. I will show a screen shot shortly. Any ideas?

See screen shots below showing the problem. on my win8 phone, each of the email acct tiles would show new email notifications for each acct. Not now in a win10 Lumia 950 phone. Ridiculous.
