The latest Windows Phone ecosystem statistics from the mobile ad provider AdDuplex show that Windows Phone 8.1, which succeeded Windows Phone 8.0 in October, is now installed on 50.8% of all Windows Phone devices worldwide. That puts 8.1 in the majority!
